Terms of Use

1. The service

Wayfarer provides tools for travel preparation, including packing lists, closet management, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use via Support.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to break security, overload systems, scrape without permission, or use the product for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.

4. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you and, where applicable, people you invite to shared trips.

5. Third-party services

The service may integrate weather, maps, or other third-party APIs. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those components.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Packing suggestions are informational; you remain responsible for safety, regulations, and your own travel decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayfarer and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty euros (€50), unless mandatory law says otherwise.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wayfarer against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms, where permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
