Common questions
I can’t log in
Check spam for magic links, try a password reset if your account uses one, and confirm you are signing in with the same email you registered. Clear site data for this domain if cookies were blocked.
My packing list looks wrong
Open the trip and verify destination, dates, and travel mode. Regenerate the list if your app offers it, or edit categories and items manually. Weather-driven suggestions depend on forecast data — try adjusting dates slightly if something looks off.
Shared trip invites
Invitees should use the link from the email or in-app invite and accept while logged into the correct account. If someone sees “access denied”, they may be on a different email than the one invited.
Import from a web packing list
Open the public list (e.g. from Packing lists), scroll to the import block, and sign in when prompted. The trip is created with the same structure as the demo.
Bug reports
Describe steps to reproduce, your browser and OS, and whether you are on mobile or desktop. We prioritize issues that affect many users or block core flows.
